Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Atlas (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website,, in-game elements, API Endpoints. These will be known collectively as the “Services” Atlas is a staff and group management platform built on top of Readmin for communities and groups on Roblox. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. Atlas is is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. “Roblox” and “Discord” are trademarks of their respective owners. We are also not associated or affiliated with ReAdmin LLC. In order to use this service you must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your country/jurisdiction. If you are under the age of jurisdiction your parent or legal guardian may agree to these terms on your behalf by contacting service_request@atlasrb.com. If you are using this service on behalf of a Group or Company or Community you agree that you have the required authority to bind the group by these terms. You can acsses your Atlas account through one of two methods

• Authenticating through Roblox
• Authenticating through Discord

You are responsible for these methods of authenticating as well as any API keys you own. You are liable for all activity that happens on your account unless it is proved the account is breached through no fault of your own. You agree to notify us at service_requests@atlasrb.com if there is any unauthorised or suspected unauthorised accesses to your accounts. This service integrates with multiple third parties. Outlined bellow is these integrations:

• Roblox though Open Cloud or our Game Modules
  • In order to provide Roblox based features and automation
• Discord through Discord API
  • In order to send messages about information and to allow features of the platform and remote admin through the discord bot.
• Stripe though stripes own payment interface
  • In order to handle payments

The use of these platforms is governed by the individual platforms terms of services and guidelines, responsibility for complying with them remains with you. When you connect an integration or provide an API key you are giving us authorisation to access and act on the platform on your behalf / as you to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant that access from both the account holder and the communities it is used for. We accept no responsibility for any damages or outages that are caused. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms. Ownership of Data/UGC: All UGC (Uploads,Content you Create or Generate including configs, branding, assets, write-ups and groups and staff data) remains property of the uploader. Licence to us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your UGC solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Responsibility: When you upload or create content on this platform the following remains responsibility of the uploader

• You have full rights or consent to upload the content to the service.
• The content you upload/create is legal and not in breach of any applicable law

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share any UGC that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Contains nudity, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, or other offensive material.
• Infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code

We have the right to review any UGC at any time and disable, remove or suspend it if we believe it is in breach of these terms or applicable laws. We may also impose other restrictions in these cases. You agree not to use this platform for any of the following:

• Use the service in a way that is considered unlawful
• Use the service for any purpose that is outside the authorised use
• Use the service to breach any third party platforms rules
• Interfere with the integrity security or operations on the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access of any system, account or the service
• Attempt to reverse, scrape or use automation to access the service outside the approved API and the limits of the API.
• Bypass any Access Controls

We may suspend your access to this platform at any time if any of these terms are breached, we are required to do so by law, due to security reason or due to operational requirements. This may be with or without notice. Upon termination of your access to this service your right to use it also ends. We will handle your data in this case inline with our privacy policy and applicable laws. Some data may survive termination such as billing records and ownership information. This information will be held on to as long as necessary as outlined by our Privacy Policy or as long as required by law. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that data will be accurate or preserved, or that any automated action will produce a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or
• any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statutory law, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent we are liable under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the greater of:

• 20 GBP; or
• the total amount you have paid to Atlas for the Services during the twelve (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
• your User Content, including any claim that your User Content infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

This indemnity obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim arises due to our own breach of these Terms or our negligence, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• Informal resolution first: If you have a concern or dispute with us, please contact legal@atlasrb.com first. We will try to work with you in good faith to resolve the issue informally.
• Governing law and courts: Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed the law of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the courts of United Kingdom, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices.

If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will:

• provide at least 30 days’ advance notice, where reasonably practicable, via email, in-app notifications, or by posting a notice on our website; and
• make the updated Terms available, indicating the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and, if you wish, delete your Account before the changes take effect.
